Lately this app keeps signing me out without warning, and when I try to sign back in it says my credentials are not recognized—even though the same details work fine on desktop. Live stat tracking during bets is unreliable too; sometimes it updates, sometimes it does not. When everything runs smoothly it rivals the best sportsbook apps out there, and promotions and boosts are always available. I am still happy with the brand overall, but the mobile experience has definitely slipped recently.

The app works reasonably well, though odds feel less competitive than they used to be. During major matches it is often hard to log in or place a wager—capacity seems tight for a company built around live betting. Fingerprint login is frustrating: one failed attempt and it drops back to password entry, and after a couple of tries you get locked out. Betting from a busy venue can be a real headache.

The recent football form guide update made things harder to read. Win, loss, and draw indicators use colors that do not feel intuitive—wins should read green, losses red, and draws yellow. White text on yellow backgrounds in the league table is also tough on the eyes. A few simple color tweaks would make navigation much clearer.

Signing in is a mess—sometimes it accepts my credentials, then acts like I am logged out, then asks for biometrics again only to sign me out once more. Saved passwords work one moment and fail the next. Even after I finally get in, the app crawls and freezes for long stretches. Great betting platform behind it, but this is among the slowest mobile apps I use.
